Haulier Achieves A+ GHG Rating

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved an A+ rating with 191% savings in GHG emissions for the last six months of 2022, and have saved circa 2,691 tonnes of CO2 for the whole of 2022 on our LNG fleet. So if you are looking for a green haulier for curtain siders or walking floors, then look no further.

We are proud to announce that we are continuing our journey to reduce GHG emissions. Our Renewable Fuel Declarations, produced by Zemo Partnership for the Renewable Fuels Assurance Scheme, show 191% GHG savings compared to fossil fuel (pump diesel) for the period from July to December 2022, and give us an A+ rating.

For the whole of 2022, based on scientists' claims that 1 tonne of CO2 produced reduces the September Arctic Sea Ice by circa 3sqm, we have saved circa 8,073 sqm of Arctic Sea ice. To put that in context, that is bigger than a full-size football pitch. Working with Gasrec, our fuel supplier, we are able to achieve our aim of reducing emissions by over 100%.

With further investment in LNG trucks in 2023, we will be further reducing our emissions. All of this is on top of Paul Nicholls, our MD, being recognized as one of the top 100 stand-out figures for decarbonizing fleet and transport in the UK.
