Fantastic New Transport Hub

We moved to our new transport hub on the 11th of October 2014. Our new hub is situated just of the A249 which has extremely good links to the UK motorway network and is within easy access to Northern Europe. We are now better situated for both Ridham and Sheerness Docks. Our next phase of development on our site is to concrete an additional 5 acres of truck parking with the potential for a 40000 sq.ft warehousing facility. Moving Forward with Walking Floor Trailers!

Walking floor trailers have been a huge success since they were first introduced into our fleet of trailers. This trailer type is mainly used for runs that involve recyclable goods such as paper and wood. Our fleet of walking floor trailers continues to grow and we are planning on extending this further to accommodate our continued success with this type of work.

In the near future we are hoping to provide this service further afield in countries such as France, Belgium and Holland. Many of our FMCG clients are using walking floor trailers to deliver FMCG goods and return them with their waste packaging allowing for greater capacity and a more efficient solution from collection to delivery. Our walking floor trailer service is efficient and competitively priced.

Sleep Eazzee at Nicholls!

With space for additional vehicles in our secure overnight parking facility we are glad to announce that we are now letting it out as a resting place for drivers overnight. For a small fee an overnight stay entitles a driver access to the kitchen/lounge area and toilets/showering facilities. Regular users of this service will be offered a discount and accounts can be opened and set up.

Workshop Facilities

Our new 6-berth workshop maintains our own fleet of IVECO lorries, but our workshop facilities and services are offered to other hauliers. Our workshop is fitted out with the latest tools and equipment for servicing and repairing your vehicles. Our workshop team have a vast wealth of experience in maintaining and repairing trucks/trailers to the highest possible standards. All of our trucks and trailers are serviced on a regular basis to ensure they are running smoothly and in prime condition for the road.

Vehicle/Trailer Rolling Road Brake Testing

We provide brake testing services for vehicles and trailers. Our brake testing services are fully calibrated and certificated with immediate print-outs which you can take straight away with you.

Squeaky Clean Vehicles and Trailers

We are very pleased with our brand new vehicle wash facilities which includes a full vehicle auto wash, lance and jet wash. We use our vehicle wash on a regular basis to keep our vehicles and trailers clean. If your vehicles go past or visit us on a regular basis you can use our vehicle wash to ensure your vehicles arrive at your clients premises on time with a clean and well-presented vehicle.
